韦正德 Zhengde Wei

Research Fellow

Zhengde Wei is an associate research fellow in the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). He obtained a B.Sc in life science and received his PhD from USTC, where he studied with professor Xiaochu Zhang. His research addresses the neurobiology of decision making and addiction with neuroimaging techniques, and interventions for addiction.

宋洪文 Hongwen Song

Graduate for Master

Hongwen Song is a postdoctoral researcher. He assisted Laboratory PI in leading the Affective Cognition and Decision research group. They study psychological and neural mechanisms underlying the affective cognition, abnormal decision-making process, and moral decision-making by integrating experimental psychology, computational modeling, and brain imaging such as fMRI. Welcome to the Affective Cognition and Decision research group.

I am a goup leader of decison-making and big data. We are interested in the neural bases of decision-making involved self-control, learning, or social cognitions, and their alterations in psychiatric disorders such as smokers and Internet gaming disorder. Another one about the relationships between the decision-making ability and other cognitive functions such as stress is also interesting. We investigated these questions with neruoimging data (fMRI, sMRI, and DTI), online big data, and machine-learning methods. Our abstracts titled with "Self-controlled decision-making buffers stress response " and "Transforming brain signals related to value evaluation and self-control into behavioural choices " have been selected for Oral Session presentation at the OHBM Annual Meeting being held June 09-13, 2019 in Rome and June 17-21, 2018 in Singapore respectively. Welcome to our group!

Shen Liu is now a postdoc at University of Science and Technology of China. His work focuses on understanding cognitive and neural processes involved in romantic love – how and why we think about and attend to ourselves and romantic partners - and how social experience shapes the way that we perceive our romantic partners. He mainly employs behavioral and neuroimaging measures (e.g., ERPs, EEG, tACS) and he is very interested in the transfer of knowledge into other research fields.
